The U.S. Senate Banking Committee has begun a new set of hearings to review the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. SEC Chairman William Donaldson testified today, September 9, 2003. Other SEC and PCAOB officials are among those scheduled to testify at a future date.
Chairman Donaldsons 21-page testimony and Committee Chairman Richard Shelbys opening statement have been posted online.
